Vanity! Vanity! All is Vanity...

Our study of the book of Ecclesiastes all throughout the conference may have caused me to instantly apply the words that indeed "all is vanity." And so with the vari-angle LCD viewer of my Canon Powershot A610, I gained more flexibility in taking pictures -- particularly pictures of myself. I need not place the camera in one of the benches or stairway and set it on timer to allow me to be in the group picture, all I needed to do was turn the LCD viewer around and squeeze the shutter.

Here are some of the pics I shot using the vari-angle LCD.

At the start of the conference, Elmer, Alma, Reev and I spend some bonding and pic-taking time at the conference hall.

On the shuttle along the trails of the Eden Nature Park, Vanity strikes again... with Ruth and Elmer.

Watching peacocks and pigeons at the bird aviary of Eden Park with Blu.

At the entrance of the Eagle Farm with Dada, my roommate and small groupmate during the conference. She's a fresh graduate from college... a whole new world awaits her in the marketplace.

We can't take the picture with the great eagle, it was too far to be seen in the camera. So Kuya Tirso, Reev and I just posed with the eagle's picture.
